General spinning machine itself has 4 functional areas.

Melting plant

Melt conveying, distributing, spinning and insulation equipment

① Principle of melt distribution tube

(5) Spinning head assembly

Heating of spinning box (biphenyl heating box)

Wire cooling device

(2) The lower part of the slow cooling chamber is provided with two insert plates, so that it is separated from the cooling spinning cylinder, and the upper part is provided with a lock, so that the slow cooling zone is formed under the spinneret; Length 30~200mm; Prevent the cooling wind blowing cold spinneret surface, reduce the winding wire birefringence, improve the tensile.
